Global Career Development Facilitator (GCDF-US) (CCE-Approved Provider)
This course is designed to meet the GCDF competencies training requirement for the GCDF credential and has been submitted to the Center for Credentialing and Education (CCE) for program review and approval. Each week a different competency will be the focus of instruction with the exception of technology which is embedded into numerous modules.
Upon successful completion of the training, participants will:
- Understand the history, scope, ethics and theory of Employment Counseling, Career and Workforce Development
- Become familiar with the varied roles of career development facilitators
- Define and describe the 12 GCDF competencies
- Be prepared to assemble their GCDF applications
